I recently retained the services of Aaron for a DUI charge [where I had refused the test @ the police station due to lack of any knowledge regarding the consequences of refusal as this was my very first DUI.] Fearing the worst I met with several lawyers rated highly in Avvo and settled with Aaron ...as I felt the most confidence in him and was impressed by his track record. Aaron took on the case and I am totally satisfied with the results. He was able to drop the civil [DOL licensing] case completely which is not a common occurence for a test refusal. For the criminal case he was able to plea negotiate the case down to a dismissal of the DUI charge with a deferred sentence of negligent driving in the first degree. This is the mildest possible charge just above a traffic offence. I am extremely impressed with the way Aaron handled the case and would definitely recommend him highly to anyone needing a DUI attorney. I am more than happy with the end result considering I had refused the test.
