I ended up in a tough situation and needed top notch representation. after perusing the AVVO website I contacted Aaron. He was very gracious and non-judgmental as I explained my situation. It took about a year to be charged as things are very backed up, when finally charged I retained Aaron. I had a ...high BAC and a pretty ugly past although it was long ago. Aaron did not make any false promises other than to tell me he would get me through this. I mentioned the jurisdiction where this occurred and he mentioned he knew them well. This was not an indication of any sort of favoritism just that how he was aware how they worked and was able to navigate things efficiently. I was not driving when this occurred but end up in a bit of an embarrassing situation which I will not go into here. Regardless of that I have not drank since the incident. As mentioned, my BAC was. high and the prosecutor was pushing for some tough penalties. Per Aarons instruction and the court, I got the interlock device and an assessment and followed all the guidelines which was very important for a positive outcome. Aaron kept after things and truly had my best interest at stake. When a deal was finally agreed to with the prosecutor, under the circumstances, it turned out well. Time served for the night I spent in jail, low fine as am not working currently, no additional license loss (I did lose the DOL hearing but still was able to drive with an Interlock license), and the usual stuff, SR-22 stay out of trouble etc. After all that dust settled things got a little wonky with the DOL and getting the interlock removed but Aaron helped me out with that as well. With the only other option in hoping that none of this happened, I am quite pleased in the results Aaron was able to achieve. I strongly in the highest regard recommend Aaron if you end up need representation. Above that he is a friendly person, we talked about sports quite a bit and that kept things light.
