When I was hit with a nuisance lawsuit (for the 1st time in my life) over the sale of a business gone bad, it was Terry to the rescue. Our family have been heavily involved in Portland real estate for the past century. Over the years, some family members have become shared owners of various properties. I called Terry for a review of an Operating Agreement for an LLC. Terry could have reviewed my documents and charged me a hefty fee, for which I was prepared to pay. After listening to my situation and asking for details, he refer me to an attorney in a different state. He said that he was not one... to charge by increments of time when he did not feel this was in my best interest. Imagine that! I was impressed and will use him for my local legal needs should they occur.
