I broke my wrist (shattered my Radius) back in April of 2018. Upon visiting the ER, it was inevitable that surgery was needed. I faced unexpected setbacks and surgery was done 13 days after the injury occurred. I had never broken a bone nor ever had surgery. This whole ordeal was a life changing even...t. Not only did I face healing from the surgery, I also faced healing emotionally and psychologically. I felt helpless not knowing what my future was looking like. I went through the procedures of filing for TDI...it was denied - I tried to file for Unemployment...I was denied - I filed for Social Security Disability...I was denied - I appealed...that was denied.
