Thank you so much for the review. You hit on two key words that I think no one else has brought up before, and I am glad you touched on it. COMPASSION and NO JUDGMENT. We have all made mistakes in our lives. We are not a snooty law firm that seeks to talk over your head, try to scare you, or judge you. We genuinely care about our clients and we want to help make problems go away. We have an incredible track record of doing just that. From the first call, most people who have been "shopping around" for a lawyer usually understand they have found the right firm to handle their intellectual property or technology related disputes. Thank you for the review. Pro bono services is something we take serious here at Vondran Legal®. While the California State bar does not "require" it, we feel this is a professional obligation where we find that (rare) case that "checks all the boxes." Lisa informed me this was a case she would like to try to help out on. When she talks, Attorney Steve® listens and we decided to handle the case on a pro bono basis. Thanks for the nice words. Yes, we typically work weekends and will call you back on Saturdays and even Sundays. We understand it is no fun to be dealing with a serious legal issue so we take pride in getting right back to our clients and potential clients to help address their questions, needs and concerns. I also appreciate noting that many of our clients do contact other lawyers before settling on our firm. I usually say if you are going to be calling around, call us LAST so you can really notice the difference in your choice of counsel.
