Excellent work, patience and the perfect result!
Steve was very patient as the other attorney sought six-figure damages despite our insistence we shouldn't have to pay anything. His efforts finally prevailed as the other side ultimately gave in.
We really appreciate you taking the time to comment on our Avvo site. Handling copyright infringement cases is never easy as you know. We have to analyze the case, weigh strengths and weaknesses of the case, evaluate all potential defenses and get tough when it comes to negotiating a deal or holding our ground when we know we will prevail. I am pleased were were able to fend off the "software cops" and fight for a true and just outcome in this case. It was our pleasure serving you.
