Great to have someone in my corner
While you do not always want to be in the situation I was in with a major software player in the US, it was great to have someone that can provide reasonable advice and consultation and at a reasonable price. If you have an issue with a software company coming at you, Steve Vondran is your guy.

Thank you so much for your input. You just hit on one thing that is VERY IMPORTANT - we LISTEN -. Many lawyers are known for "talking" and preaching and pontificating. We don't have time for all that. We like to know our clients, and know what's on their mind, what their needs and concerns are and we can go from there.
