Successful Software Compliance Mitigation

“Working with Steve and the Vondran legal team was a great experience. They were able to give me a voice with an opposing software compliance legal team representing a multi-billion-dollar company that was not listening to my position. This resulted in mitigating a $89,000 compliance fee that was unf...ounded to a settlement agreement of less than $5,000, which was fair and validated our company’s good intentions with the opposing software company. Our final fee was in alignment with our standard annual subscription expectations. Strike 3 Holding Subpoena

Subpoena to Internet Service Provider

Burdened with a copy of the subpoena to my ISP seeking disclosure of of my identity, I contacted the Law Offices of Steven Vondran. Lisa talked me through the steps and what can be expected. Received letter from a media company about illegally distributing material (which I had not).
