I've Never Had A Lawyer Before
When I received papers in the mail saying I had violated copyright infringement laws by sharing a file I had purchased online years ago with a torrent site, I was greatly surprised and astonished. I didn't even know if this was real or a scam. The staggering amount they were requesting from me would ...
Thank you for your comment. Most people who contact our IP Copyright law firm are first greeted by Lisa. She is so knowledgeable about copyright infringement (having worked with me for so many years now), that some people think she is handling the case. While she is not a lawyer, she does so many things to help make our clients feel comfortable. From initial fact-finding calls, to file setup, research on the case, and coordinating calls with Steve Vondran, Esq. She is a tremendous asset and I am happy to have her not only as "Frontline Lisee" as I call her (because she is always on the front lines of the legal action) but also my amazing wife of 15 years. Thank you for taking the time to post!! Steve

Very Professional and Timely
I contacted Steve’s office and Cameron did an initial consultation with me. He was very helpful and really great to work with. Steve did a great job! I would definitely recommend this law firm!
Thank you so much for the review!! I'm glad you had a great interaction with my law firm. Vondran Legal works hard to make sure our clients are satisfied with both our results, but also with the general experience of dealing with a law firm. We know legal matters are not the top thing on anyone's list of things to do, but we try to take the pain and stress out of that and simplify things so you understand. We also love delivering great results. All the best, Steve Vondran, Esq.

The best there is.....
Steve and his team took care of a software compliance audit for our company. I'm extremely grateful we found him....he has a great relationship with the software company and was able to get it resolved immediately. We can't thank Steve and his team enough for the help beyond the initial case. If you ...
Thank you for taking the time to comment on our IP legal services. Software compliance audits (ex. EULA or random audits) can be tricky depending upon a variety of factors (have you ever legally owned the software at issue, how many installations have you made, what modules were installed, how long have you been using the software, how many times, what type of profits). For years, we have been helping a wide variety of companies get these disputes resolved including cases with Vero, Solidworks, Siemens, Autodesk, Microsoft, Adobe, SIIA, Business Software Alliance, Synopsis, VB Conversion, and others. Types of companies can include technology companies, architects (ex. CAD software) designers, engineers, media companies, law firms, and even down to small "mom and pop" type of companies. There are very few quality lawyers experienced with handling the wide variety of disputes as Vondran Legal® has handled over the years. We have likely settled and resolved over 500 cases - many with low flat-rate legal fees that our competition is not likely to offer. We appreciate you putting your trust in our IP firm, and hope sincerely you will not need us again! Cheers Steve

Thank You!
I received a notice from my ISP that Strike 3 LLC tried to obtain my information. Steve addressed all my concerns and explained how he would proceed in the first call. In the end, he was able to obtain a favorable outcome and I am very happy with the result. Thank you again for guiding me through th...
You are welcome! Yes, that is a common occurrence in a BitTorrent litigation case with Strike 3 Holdings as Plaintiff, they are ALWAYS trying to uncover your name and address. They want to know who you are, where you work and get a sense of how much money you make (in my opinion). This can factor into what the final settlement amount might be. At times, we can safeguard this information and keep things private, in other cases involving a financial hardship, we may have to turn this over to get a better deal. Regardless, we make sure we know which option is best for you and fight to protect your interests. Thank you for taking the time to comment, we appreciate having you as a client. Steve

Anxiety?
When you receive the notice of a pending subpoena to unmask your privacy, you can easily fear that your life has become unglued. Spouse, job, reputation- ANXIETY! You want this to go away and unfortunately simply ignoring the problem isn’t a viable solution. I needed someone whom I could trust, who...
Wow, thank you for taking the time required to write such a nice review. It's clients like you that give us the continued inspiration to fight for our clients. You hit on a great word "ANXIETY" having handled hundreds of Strike 3 ISP subpoena cases, I can tell you that most of our clients experience anxiety. Mainly, because you are dealing with the unknown. Second, you are dealing with the legal system which can be a very confusing process. Aside from trying to settle your case as quickly as possible (to get rid of the knot in the stomach that many feel), and get the best settlement possible, we like to make it a part of our representation to explain the process and possibly even learn a thing or two. So, yes we are cognizant of this and like Blake Shelton said "doing our best to make the best of the worst of it." All the best in your future endeavors and thank you for your thoughtful input. We really enjoyed having you as a client.
