Thanks for taking the time to post Andrew. I am glad you were able to keep that photo-troll at bay. These guys can get out of control if you don't keep an eye on them, and specifically if you don't understand their game. Copyright law can be a bully club for intellectual property law firms that represent artists and photographers, but when you go into battle armed with knowledge and technique, you have a really good chance to obtain a positive outcome. We have seen legal demands as high as $50,000 for alleged file-sharing of their movies, (and high demands from Malibu Media - another file sharing Plaintiff who has filed thousands of lawsuits). While you might be led to believe these parties may not be interested in harming or crippling you financially, make no mistake, these attorneys are out to get what they can and having an experienced BitTorrent litigation attorney in your corner is well advised.
