well , i had a long journey looking for an immigration lawyer doing E2 change status, i was on B1/B2 visa, made 3 interviews with different lawyers , all of them gave me different requirements , and some of them were really hard to to prove, then i searched for a lawyer in my area where i'm, and i wa...s looking based on the highest reviews, so i emailed 3 or 4 of the highest rankings, Jacob office was one of them(that was in dec2024), the only one responded was Jacob office , a nice guy called Julio and started answering my questions by phone calls and emails, and kept following up with me with no charges, tell i decided to proceed as time was passing fast( i had to do premium processing to catch my i94 before expire). then i got email from my case manager and attorney , Anahita the attorney , kely was the case manager, both are so nice and understanding , they made looks easy for me during a zoom call to review my case and the requirements . Honestly they asked for a lot , but when something was really hard to be applied Anahita find the solutions. I paid 50% of the fees upfront, and they started preparations, that was hardest part, after case ready to file i paid the other 50% and they file the case with the premium processing. i totally trusted them from the beginning but i was still afraid of any failure or asking for more procedures from the immigration dept., well i got that email telling me my case got approved.
