We found Jacob Sapochnick few years ago, as we were searching for an immigration attorney. We asked for a meeting and we received one in a very short amount of time. Most lawyers were very hesitant about our situation, but Jacob listened carefully, analyzed the options that we could to proceed and g...ave us hope. A few months later and this hope turned to reality. Jacob was personally available at all times and we felt confident and reassured while going through the immigration process. We cannot thank him enough for his care, compassion and work ethic. While working with Jacob and his team members throughout the few cases that our family required, they all been very professional and attentive to our needs. In this opportunity we would like to give a special Thank You to Inese Grate that provided us an exceptional performance and a new level of customer service. If you are looking for immigration offices by all means, go to “Law Offices of Jacob Sapochnick”, you will get the most professional, knowledgeable and attentive lawyers. Highly recommended!!

Jacob was the best immigration lawyer for me and my family. Jacob took care of all the paperwork with super professionalism, with a true sense of urgency and always followed up. He and his team were super sensitive and we felt very secure in Jacob’s care. We eventually, in his projected time of 4 wee...ks, got our E2 visas.

I started my visa process super stressful but Jacob and his workers did their best to help me bring all the documents that are required! I was fully supported by them and eventually after 4 months i sent my file and got approval for O1 just in 5 days! No doubt ill do my green card process with them... in the future!

I am so appreciative of Jacob and his associates! I previously had another lawyer who started my U Visa, and in short words it was a nightmare and had our process made longer. I researched the best immigration lawyer in all of San Diego and found Jacob's office. Immediately I knew I was finally in go...od and professional hands. My process took a total of 4 years but once under Jacob's team, they get everything handled and completed all under a year ! Michele Linatoc handled most of my case and was very good about emailing me constantly to keep me up to date and on track with anything she needed from me. I can't say enough good things and would recommend them to anyone ! They handled my very difficult case in a very timely manner. Dont waste your time or money on anyone else, trust me. I did that, and ended up having to wait an extra amount of years and double the money for not choosing someone with the professionalism and experience like the associated at Jacob's office.
