I contacted Mr. Bouman to amend my current Living Trust which was more than ten years old. After a thorough review, Mr. Bouman convinced me that I needed to have it completelely re-done to cover all aspects and to fully comply with the law. He also recommended (and I agreed) to have a Retirement Pla...n Trust prepared for prolonged tax deferral. I approached Mr. Bouman after checking him in the internet and I was initially concerned when I saw that his office was not staffed. After the first consultation, however, I realized that Mr. Bouman was not only trust-worthy but also very knowledgeable on Trust issues and easy to talk to.

Tom has done our trust twice (once was an update). He made excellent suggestions for our situation that we hadn't thought of. He listens well, communicates with us, and has been willing to answer the occasional question over the years without an actual appointment. He has also held our hands when we ...needed help retitling various items. In short, he's great and we highly recommend him.
