I just completed my family trust with the help of Tom and I am satisfied in several ways: 1. The process to put together a trust or a will is something easy to want to put aside because it is uncomfortable talking about dying. Tom is an ultimate professional and his 'how' of discussing and explainin...g the things I needed to make decisions on was just right. 2. I never felt stupid about the questions I asked. As a divorced and now single woman; I have to do these kinds of things by myself. Tom assured me that any question I asked was something he could provide me information or recommended guidance on. I appreciated that. 2. He has great follow through.
