Tom created a Living Trust for my father. It is impossible, here, to explain all of the circumstances; suffice to say that both emotion and time were issues. I cannot stress how sensitive Tom was to my father's needs as he proceeded to create a thorough Trust for my dad in an exceedingly timely ma...nner. When my dad died, Tom was once again there for our family taking us through the steps necessary at a very emotional and difficult time. He is still responsive, when we have questions, over a year later. Tom will probably never really know how much his expertise and his responsiveness and sensitivity to our needs meant! (Additionally, even Tom's billing policy contributes to reducing stress and any awkwardness - once again, especially during trying, emotional periods.
