We used the Bouman firm to draw up a trust for us. We only had a will and consulted with Tom on the advisability of a trust. Our needs were a bit complex as we have some foreign assets as well. He helped us through the process, answered our questions slowly, completely and in a way we could fully ...understand. He put together the trust doc, and explained how we had to then add our assets into the trust. We felt we were in the presence of an expert who had done this many times, but also with someone who listened to us very carefully and took our needs and feelings into account. We discussed very personal feelings with him easily, and he gave us we felt very good advice and alternatives. We highly recommend his services.

Tom prepared a full set of estate planning documents for us including a living trust. From the very first meeting until we signed the final copies, Tom was exceptionally thorough in reviewing and explaining all the technical details of the documents he prepared for us. He also has an excellent set of articles about estate planning topics which were also very useful in understanding the process. Tom also provided very quick turnaround with any questions we had and usually offered us a ready solution to the items confounding us. We hired Attorney Bouman to re do the existing family trusts and 3 new trusts for 2 daughters and a grand son.
