Disability insurance

Kiel's Expertise Won My Case !

I just got home from my Social Security Hearing. After a grueling 2 year wait for a chance to go before the Judge, my day had finally arrived. This is the second time I had been through the process and this time I made one very important strategic decision ... I hired Kiel Roeschke as my Lawyer. For ...the last 2 years Kiel has been a steady force in an otherwise turbulent situation. As I grew increasingly frustrated with the Social Security system and my worsening financial situation, Kiel was the voice of calm and reason. Today, before my hearing, Kiel presented his opinion that we should make a motion to amend the onset date of my Disability. His reasoning made sense and he considered it the right thing to do to show we were operating in good faith with Social Security. To make a long story short, after hearing our case the Judge ruled "On the Record" that she was finding a "Fully Favorable" ruling for me and would process my claim as quickly as possible. And most importantly, she referred to us changing the Disability Onset date as her only concern with my case and after we changed it she saw fit to rule Fully Favorable for me. Kiel's tactical decision was not only correct but crucial in getting the immediate favorable decision and that decision saved me several anxious months waiting for a written decision. Kiel had presented cases before this Judge in the past and knew her to be fair. His skill at making this tactical decision was a winner and I am very appreciative of Kiel's efforts on my behalf. I would recommend Kiel without any reservation and feel truly blessed that I made the correct decision to hire him.
