Kiel was helping me a lot to get disability settled, it settled just a few months later. I would recommend him to other people

Roeschke Law Review – Poor Communication, Disorganized Prep, and Disregard for Client Needs

My experience with Roeschke Law Group for my disability appeal and hearing on 6/20/24 was extremely disappointing. I felt unprepared, unsupported, and misled throughout the process. I did not receive a scheduled prep call in advance—only an unscheduled call the afternoon before the hearing (6/19/2...4), which I missed because it wasn’t arranged. As a result, I only reviewed hearing questions 30 minutes before the hearing, leaving me stressed and unprepared. During that rushed call, critical case factors were raised for the first time, including: My tech bootcamp participation, which I unnecessarily cited to the judge My Functional Capacity Evaluation for hypermobility, which turned out to be inadmissible SGA rules for a part-time job I held that year My SMI title, which wasn’t considered helpful Medical marijuana use and past illegal substance use (over 2 years ago), which were used as factors against me No one thoroughly reviewed my file until the last minute, and frequent staff changes meant each new person barely knew my case until opening my file. I also asked multiple times to withdraw early in the process but wasn’t told how to do so through SSA. Even after I had my hearing dismissed, Roeschke Law remains listed as my SSA representative despite repeated requests for removal. When I expressed concerns, the firm dismissed my feedback as “inaccurate,” showing zero accountability. This was my lived experience, and it caused serious emotional distress. If you’re considering this firm for disability representation, be aware: their process felt disorganized, last-minute, and ultimately harmful. Clients deserve timely prep, consistent communication, and honest guidance—none of which I received.

Awful treatment to Disabled Veterans

This is a SCAM. They call to take your money. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau and feds. They also are illegally advertising and saying they are veteran owned, but BEWARE they know nothing about veteran disability and how SSDI works for a disabled veteran and also fully disabled epilepti...c! Don't give them your money run! The people who answer the phones are rude and hang up, and they know nothing about the law.

Never returned my call or email, I have like 4 disabilities. My Dr. even told me to file. Im going with another firm.

NON-RESPONSIVE!!

Called for a stock standard withdrawal letter and was told a 'case manager would get back to me in 72 hours!!! Asked to speak to office manager who was conveniently busy. Asked to leave a message for a back today and told they couldn't do that and was hung up on!! Several years ago when I personally... used Kiel as my long term disability attorney, he BOUNCED my disability check monies received from my employer!! BEWARE OF THIS GUY & THE FIRM.
