Getting it done

Mr. Roeschke was able to get my claim approved where others failed, he was unwilling to give up, his perseverance and professionalism produced positive results. He is highly recommended.

Thank you Kiel for all you've done for me

Kiel really works hard for his clients, he kept me well informed about what was going on with my case and with his positive outlook during this process he kept me positive until the final outcome. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and cares for his client. I am VERY happy with how Kiel handled... my case and I would recommend him to anyone fighting to receive their disability benefits.

Won My Case

My case was turned over to attorney, Preston Floyd because Kiel was not available. Yes, we were successful at winning my case. I only wish I would have been kept more up-to-date on what was happening throughout the process and after the hearing. I was doing all the calling into the office to ask q...uestions, but my calls were always promptly returned. I would recommend this legal office to others needing help with SSD.

Great Service - great office

Mr Roeschke was very compassionate, he explained the process, returned my calls. His staff was always friendly, polite and professional. They made me feel as if I was not disturbing them when I phoned and had questions.

He won my case!

Mr. Roeschke is professional and knowledgeable about disability law. When we went to court, he met me there and explained what would happen inside the courtroom. He interacted well with the judge. While we were in court, he caught an error the judge had made regarding my case and respectfully infor...med the judge. After I received my approval letter from the judge, (5 months later after the court date) Mr. Roeschke called me and went over the last steps to my case and when I would get my $ from SSDI. The only thing I would recommend of Mr. Roeschke is that he stay in touch with his clients more during the case. But, he was always good about getting back to me when I emailed or called. He won my case after I was denied 2x before, so I'm happy.
