WASTE OF TIME

I trusted Roeschke to file for a disablity claim for me....what a MISTAKE! He was so hard to reach when I needed him. He made the whole process confusing and frustrating for me. After years I finally got a hearing and at the last minute he told me he decided to send me with a new attorney to the firm... and during the hearing he did not say anything on my behalf! I kept waiting for him to do his job...and..NOTHING! Do Not waste your valuable time with Roeschke lawyers!

Save your money!

The staff who answers the phone are so rude! They never return my calls, they never kept my updated on my case AT ALL! I could have done a better job myself and saved $6000! The atty who was in my case was extremely rude when I could finally get ahold of her! I regret ever using them.

if you are a mental ill person dont even bother with this firm. you need to be disable of the body, mental illness is not worth their time.

Unable to recommend

I hired Mr. Roeschke earlier this year after a unfavorable DDS decision and have received the Alj decision recently.  Decision was unfavorable.  However,  key details and documents that would have supported the case were missing from the reference. Past medical records that reflected permanent med...ical issues were not included and when I attempted to setup an appointment or left messages to discuss issues with current treatment and also that I had changed providers (This is important because I was switching away from 6 months of poor medical treatment from a medical facility made infamous in the national media for its poor performance), this was 4 months prior to the hearing. His office did not request a copy of those records until a week prior to the hearing.  The Alj made key decisions based off of the medical care from the poor performing medical facility where I have official documents reflecting the issues I had with care and also had supporting medical treatment reflecting the poor medical care I received.  Despite my attempts to raise the awareness of this information months prior to the hearing, those documents were also not reviewed nor submitted by Mr. Roeschke. I am not able to acertain how critical the missing information is, or if it would have changed the outcome.  But it is clear in the Alj response, that his decision was made using information that could have been argued against by those missing supporting documents.  I have several hundreds of pages of medical records spanning 15 years.  Initial injury records and years of follow up treatment were not considered nor reviewed. My review is due diligence was not conducted in my case.  Its unfortunate since I've made many attempts, including physically going up to the office to provide this critical information and was turned away.  I was unable to meet Mr. Roeschke until the day of the hearing and during the time he was my representative, we had 3 conversations prior to the hearing.   The initial, one callback and the day before. The reviews on this site influenced my choice for electing a representative.  To my own disappointment, my personal experience does not reflect any similarity to those with positive reviews of communication and representation.
