The first phone call

I don’t write reviews but, I’m so impressed with the knowledge,effort and strong positive attitude that “Catherine” put forth in communication skills and details! My Social Security Case

I never anticipated being in the position of needing to get SS Disability benefits, and every person I talked with - every single one - said the odds were better I’d win the lottery. After making the initial application, the Social Security Administration buries you in paperwork. I knew I couldn’t ...wage this campaign alone, so I hired Mr. Roeschke. It was a long process, and a lot of details were necessary from my end - records of hospital stays, years-old records from my Primary Physician as well as various specialists who treated me. Mr. Roeschke and his firm did all the work of obtaining those records and any other documents that were needed. Once I hired him, he & his staff handled everything, and always kept me informed on the progress of my case. Any time I called them, he & his staff were always there (I was never “put on hold” for more than 30 seconds) and answered my questions. They were always professional and friendly at the same time. In the end, we won the case. For the better part of my lifetime, it never occurred to me that I might, one day, really need SS disability benefits just to survive. Who thinks about that when they are healthy and active and productive? But it happened. I consider myself fortunate to have hired Kiel Roeschke’s firm, and to get the help I received from he and his entire staff, particularly attorney Preston Flood. I highly recommend them to anyone legitimately seeking help with a Social Security Disability case.

David Hill

David was my attorney for my social security disability hearing David contacted me before the hearing asked me a few questions did sympathize with me with my disability that I had told me he would do the best he could and he went in and did the best he could and I got approved for my disability the o...ffice was the people were all friendly they stayed in touch with me throughout the whole time I never felt out of the loop or lost at all that I've always understood everything they explained everything for me as many times as they had to they're a great office and I would suggest if you're fighting for your disability give them a call
