Superb lawyer!

Kyle Roeschke at Roeschke Law, LLC handled my disability case through a number of appeals and misinformed decisions and he was fundamental in fighting for me and understanding the impact that my disability has had on my life. He helped me to eloquently present my case and receive a favorable judgeme...nt. After 5+ years of back and forth in the social security disability courts and hundreds of doctor visits, my case has finally come to a conclusion due to the perseverance and knowledge from Kyle and his law firm.

Excellent

I have been trying to get disability since 2016 and had gotten to the point of a hearing. That is when I decided it would be in my best interest to hire an attorney. I hired Kiel. I had nothing to do but take care of my health. Cori was wonderful and always able to help me. I met Kiel the day of my ...hearing. Very nice and informative as to what to expect. We both felt confident as the medical evidence was there. I am happy and very grateful to say I was approved. Thanks to Kiel, Cori and his staff I didn't have to worry about anything. It is well worth it to hire an attorney as they know what they are doing. I sure didn't. I would recommend him to anyone.

A very professional law firm with a heart

My experience with being diagnosed with Ra and having to to file for disability has been the most stressful and hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life but with Preston and the team of this firm they helped me through it all the way from answering my calls in a timely matter or calling me back... with all my questions and through the hearing process I got a fully favorable approval. Thank you Preston and the whole team I couldn't of done it without you.

Remain prayerful and call Kiel Roeschke

When I called Kiel, he answered the phone often within one or two rings, every time I called. His personal attention to my case renewed my faith to trust someone at a time when it seemed no one was trustworthy. A great and complete job

From the first time I spoke with Kiel I knew he was experienced and capable. He and his staff kept us informed thru the long process getting to a final hearing. Our case was approved and I highly recommend him!
