Outstanding

Susan Ashley, was recommended to my family member by another inmate while being incarcerated at the Holliday Unit, in Huntsville, Texas. After contacting Mrs. Ashley, listening to her recommendation for his application preparation for parole, I hired her to represent him during this process. With h...er deligence and thorough preparation, Mrs. Ashley, interviewed before the Parole Board on his behalf, December 27, 2018. Notifying me that same day, and advising me that the Board had the case, and being a sexual assault offense case it maybe set aside for a future review. The next day December 28, 2018, the Parole Board approved his parole. He will be released on Parole after nine months from February, 2019. Susan Ashley, along with her legal assistance, has been excellent in representing my family member.

Succesful Parole case

We hired Susan for a family member who had served over 20 years on two aggravated sexual assault charges. We met with her and she explained what we could expect in the parole process. She represented him at the next parole hearing and was successful in getting parole with a training program. She has ...been a good investment.

parole lawyer

I contacted Mrs. Ashley to represent a family member.I gave her imformation she requested and she let me know the worst case scenario he could possibly get a second set off on a 15 year sentence on aggravated sexual assault. I trusted Mrs. Ashley and I new she would work hard for us. she also ...informed me she always does the hard cases. once hired she sent a para legal to interview my family member at this point we new we had someone working on our side. my family member said para leagle was very kind and respectful something inmates aren't use to. If paroled we were expecting FI9. Mrs. Ashley battled on his behalf in Austin tx and knock it out the park with a decision to grant parole with a FI-4R . this family is completely grateful and happy we have made the best choice. not every one would help us Mrs. Ashley did. the Ashley law firm worked very hard for us and kept us well informed and showed us what we needed to do. she was my best decision I've made this year. i

Great Parole Attorney

We hired her and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Our first engagement was at her office on a Sunday since that was the only day we could make it between our work schedules. We sat down and she not only explained the entire process to us, but she listened to everything we had to say. I truly fel...t like she was going to do her best to help us and she was so informative. We hired her. She allowed us to split payments up which was helpful. Throughout the process, she returned phone calls, text messages, and emails. I swear this woman doesn’t sleep! I truly felt like we were her only client and that made a big difference. You are gambling with your life when you choose someone to represent you and she took a big weight off my shoulders. She tells you the truth and with the system a lot is out of anyone’s control, but there was an ease and confidence about her that allowed me to trust in her work and I am glad we did. I was hesitant in even hiring anyone at first. I told myself, no one could care more than me: I can put a packet together, I can call on his behalf, and I will fight harder than anyone. While all of this is true, you simply need someone who not only does this daily but knows the ins and outs. This is my husband second time. We knew the odds were slim making his first parole. DWI’s the first time almost 10 years ago and now drug charges the second. He’s not only a repeat offender, it’s basically the same charges to the system. He’s a good man who made stupid decisions. Honestly, they dont see that. They see a criminal. But she showed them that! She spoke on his behalf. She showed him the man he is: a hard-working provider, a father, a husband, a son, kind hearted, the man who would give you the shirt off his back. She showed them that it was better for him to be home! They listened. I mean quickly too! She called to let me know she had spoke on his behalf and two days later, the website had his approval of first parole! If you are going to trust someone with your life, let it be her.

Great Parole Lawyer FI-1

We were on lookout for a parole lawyer and upon googling nailed down to Susan. To begin with Susan is such a wonderful lawyer. A very down to earth and soft person with great expertise on the subject. I hired her to represent a friend of my on a Parole case. As soon as the hiring documents was sent s...he responded quickly with the details of the documents required to be presented to her and also immediately gave me an appointment to meet in person on a Saturday and spent a great amount of time explaining the difficulty of the case due to the nature of the offense. The offense being a sex offense she took great time to explain all the possible outcomes of the case and never gave me any false hopes. On day one itself she made sure we are ready for any outcome from the case and did ask us to be prepared for the good as well as worst. During the meeting she did go through every document that was requested and ensured that it is as required and didn't leave any gaps. Really liked her work in terms of documenting things and preparing for the case. I should say she was like ready for the presentation as soon as she had all the documents and knew what to present to the parole review board. This can only happen if you have vast knowledge in the area what you work for. I must say this that she is a very punctual lawyer and returned every call of mine without fail. Whenever she is not available her phone calls were either answered via a voice mail or her assistant. Even text messages were answered promptly. At one point she even answered my call at midnight. Really appreciate her for that as well as all the hard work put in. She did ensure that the offender was met in person too before finalizing her case presentation. Throughout the process from the hiring till the case hearing she ensured that we were kept updated on the proceedings. She was well prepared for the case and had assured us that she will do the best for my friend. The day before his review also she called us and updated on all the preparation work done and informed us that the final decision not being in her had we should be prepared for worst. However with her knowledge and experience she managed to get a FI-1 approval for my friends parole. I really believe this happened only due to her hardwork and her expertise. I would greatly recommend her to everyone who is lookout for a parole lawyer.
