I am with the roundup case, my paralegal that was helping me no longer works there. I have recieved any updates my case has not even been filed it's been 3 years. I'm starting to think this is a joke, and they string people along making them think they have a case and never file anything. I've looked... this lawyer up and is all about himself traveling, movies as if he's some kind of celebrity. The clients do not matter, they can not five any information except it's in process of being file.

I have attempted to reach this law firm numerous times, to no avail. I have been given the run around at every turn. Adam Fulz is supposedly the person connected with my claim against bair hugger warming blanket claim...no response from him...ever. Supposedly my claim has been the courts in litigati...on since September of 2024. Why won't anyone call me? Kim Ecoll is also a person of interest...doesn't return calls or texts. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I have an active Round Up Case with this firm and can’t get an update from them. My last update received from the firm was 6 months ago. I repeatedly call and leave messages with no response. I was assigned a paralegal and she no longer works for the firm, but I have received no communication about ...her not working for the firm. The only reason I know she doesn’t work there is my email got bounced back as undeliverable. Highly concerning and it has caused me to lose faith that this “award winning” firm is properly representing me.

This law firm Sends You the same email for 4 yrs.I even got a video recording of Mr.Don Worley and in the recording it was dated Sept 2023, I Just got it in July of this year.I called this lawfirm to check on my Mothers lawsuit since it has been 4 years and this Hernia Mesh also killed my Moma after ...5 excruciating Surgeries.A Man had the odasity to tell me I Need to Put this lawsuit Settlement in the Back of my Mind.I was Appauled and just could nt hardly believe the email he sent me.Has Anyone Ever recieved Compensation for their Injuries with this Law Firm? I started this IVC filter case in 2016 almost a year and a half ago. I was told that the settlement was decided upon. I’ve also been told by another attorney that An attorney cannot take more than 33.3% of my settlement yet I was told that attorney Worley is going to be taking 40% of my settlement. I... am the one that got the ticking time bomb in my chest. I have literally called for a year now and I have not talked to any of my attorneys or paralegals just the people that answer the phone, I am waiting for my settlement I had an attorney tell me that they called ns let a message and they did not!! I am losing all hope in this law firm! I have waited almost 2 years to have a much needed surgery and I can’t have that surgery because I need to be able to provide for my family.
