I am now the one who is to be informed about my fathers case as he unfortunately passed away suddenly this year. I was told I would get monthly updates, I have not received any yet. I was also informed that it could take 5 years to see a settlement ( my father was not informed of this in 2020 when he... signed with your firm) I realize that these things take time, with that said I do think I should get a full update on where we stand now with his case. I would greatly appreciate an actual attorney reaching out and briefing me on where we stand, the manufacturer you are going after, is this a class action ect ect. Thank you

I can never get ahold of no one, About my case I was told in last year that I won my case and should be able to get an amount on what I will be receiving this year. It’s Dec 26 2022 and I have not heard anything about nothing. And I don’t know what happen to my case worker. One thing for sure I will ...never going through any type of lawsuit like this again.

This is very frustrating as I have made numerous calls on my dad Lee Dodson’s behalf as I am his power of attorney but they don’t ever give you but one answer we are still waiting. If they want their clients to be happy they should answer the calls with some news not the same old baloney. My dad coul...d die and that would be very sad. Get your act together. I have had a case with you for over 5 years .I try to call to get update or email can't get anyone to reply back.i was told in a few months would have a update on my case In Ohio .I wish I could at least know what kind of dollar amount after 5 years .should know a ball park figure I understand it may... be not 100 percent right but would be nice to know at least a amount .
