Jive turkey

Lead along for almost 6 years on this bull Jive hernia mesh claim mess....done with it ....want my name removed from all of it...tired of hearing the word patience....and I hope this helps some one who reads it...they pay all the liens before ya see your "pocket money".... exploiting peaple....

Todd, not sure that you are really a client of the firm because you only provided your first name and no hernia mesh case has settled yet. If a case has not settled, no one knows yet what the liens will be. They are representing my father for a hernia mesh case

I am now the one who is to be informed about my fathers case as he unfortunately passed away suddenly this year. I was told I would get monthly updates, I have not received any yet. I was also informed that it could take 5 years to see a settlement ( my father was not informed of this in 2020 when he... signed with your firm) I realize that these things take time, with that said I do think I should get a full update on where we stand now with his case. I would greatly appreciate an actual attorney reaching out and briefing me on where we stand, the manufacturer you are going after, is this a class action ect ect. Thank you

I apologize that you have not been receiving the updates. Perhaps we have the wrong contact information for you. We will reach out to you and give you an update. Just so you know, it is not a class action. Each case is on it's own. Happy New Year!

Started Off GREAT, but now NO RESPONSE or Updates

I am a client. My name is Jimmy Rinehart. My case is the Defective Knee claim & MWPC case #1901529. So, you are able to verify my identity. I signed the settlement agreement at the end of 2021. I have received my last "pay off" notice from CMS (Medicare) that their portion of the lawsuit has... been settled, indicating they have been paid. The last email update I received from McDonald Worley was January 26, 2022. I've heard nothing since then and have received no return calls or email responses to my update inquiry. Considering this firm is apparently getting close to 40% of the settlement, I would think they would be more responsive at this point. I guess they're just holding the funds for the interest. They really were great at the beginning. But now I'm trying to decide if I should reach out to the State of Texas Bar Association or to the Attorney General's office. Really disappointed in what I thought was going to be a great representative firm for my defective knee claim.
