Attorney Diana E. Sims was a professional when it came to handling my case. Before hiring her I had spoken with a few lawyer's. Most of them only spoke about how much they charge, or how they can get me probation with no jail time. Never tried to fight my charges, to maybe get my case dismissed. When... I spoke to Mrs. Sims she wanted to know detail by detail as to what happen to me the night I was charged with a DWI. When I went to court, I didn't worry about anything. She kept me informed as to what was going on, and was aggressive with my defense. The only thing I had to do was keep up with my bail bond rules the judge order me to follow.
