I was wrongfully accused of domestic assault by my vindictive ex-wife. The state felt they had a solid case with photo evidence and multiple eyewitnesses, who were all related to/close friends with my ex-wife - I knew it was all faked, but how do you prove that to a jury? Brett Podolsky represented me in a major possesion with intent to deliver methamphetamine case. I was looking at a possible life sentence.
