Mr. Jordan came storming to my defense when I was accused of crimes I did not commit. The penalty for these false allegations was life in prison. He ensured my commander understood his boundaries and what the legal consequences would be if they were crossed. From the beginning he was continuously ava...ilable and worked diligently to reduce the charge sheet. He identified a private investigator who aided in discovering information about the complainants in which we were missing. Expert witnesses to include a forensic psychologist and a neuromuscular neurologist were identified and hired. As the trial date approached, the charge sheet was continually reduced as the government’s case began to fall apart. Rather than taking a back seat to watch the destruction of their case, Mr. Jordan actively pursued their weaknesses to leave no doubt in the jury’s mind as to my innocence. During trial he was relentless in cross examination of the government’s witnesses. He ensured the inconsistencies of the complainants were easily identified and understood by the jury. He was able to use their expert witness testimony to support my defense more than the prosecution’s case. The trial only lasted half as long as originally scheduled and at the end there was no doubt in my mind that my defense case was far superior when compared to the government prosecution’s case. I was fully acquitted of all charges. I will seek Mr. Jordan out again if I ever find myself in a need of a military criminal defense attorney.
