I am a specialist Active Duty in the Army, I am Stationed in NC. I was falsely charge with 6 counts of 120B with the final outcome being the army dropping the charges 2 days before trial. Full Acquittal! I am an active duty MSG in the Army out of Fort Leonard Wood, MO, though my case originated in Germany. I went before a General Court Martial facing 3 counts of Article 120b UCMJ.
