Greetings and Happy Holidays 2020. I hope everyone’s holidays and New Year’s went well. I am happy to report to you that I have been cleared of all allegations and the 15-6 investigation concluded favorably for me. In specific I was accused by a former Soldier of mine as being an “Insensitive drive...n achiever” covered in AR 600-100 as “toxic” leadership. I had a Soldier that didn’t meet the standard and had not passed a PT test in two years and when she failed at all attempts to assist her, she was chaptered out of the Army. On her way out the door she filled a complaint against me stating I was “Insensitive driven achiever”. This was basically her attempt to get back at me on her way out the door because I enforced standards and she didn’t like it. I hired Mr. Jordan and his team because the command was considering a relief-for-cause NCOER for Toxic leadership based off of her complaint. I wanted to ensure my rebuttal and documentation were solid. Even though I felt this was a cut and dry case, I did not want to tackle it alone. Mr. Jordan is by far the best attorney in the United States if not the globe that works with Military Court Martials.
