Full Acquittal! I am an active duty MSG in the Army out of Fort Leonard Wood, MO, though my case originated in Germany. I went before a General Court Martial facing 3 counts of Article 120b UCMJ. To say my case was a bit complicated would be putting it mildly but the short of it is that a 4 year... long legal battle was the result of my ex manipulating the legal system and convincing her daughter to accuse me of false allegations. Our son, an E3 stationed at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, was falsely accused of an Article 120, sexual assault, in a worst-case scenario; charges were brought early in 2024, shortly after the military’s new process of prosecution began, coupled with a huge shuffle in his chain-of-command that create...d a lack of interest/understanding in the case by his leadership.
