Mr. Farenkamp will do his best for you when it comes to your childrens best interest, But he has no desire to get your divorce through quickly. We’ve been trying to get the divorce finalized for 3 1/2 yrs now. We’re looking at getting a different lawyer so we can be done with the divorce this yea...r.

Dave is great lawyer. We are not through our modification of child support, but so far, he has been honest and thorough. I feel confident that we will see results. Dave's staff....the least I can say is that they are on it! They have processed our requests in a timely fashion. The staff are dire...ct and straight forward. There is never any guesswork involved when we contact them. Dave is by the book. In fact, while we were with him, he plugged numbers into the new child support calculator and is fighting for those calculations to be ordered in court. He tried saving us money by trying to negotiate with opposing counsel outside of court. Would highly recommend Dave and his staff to anyone looking at child modification according to the new guidelines set in Illinois.
