All through the process everything was well organized and clearly explained. Joseph walked us through and gave us the assignment to locate all our assets and other related matters to create a trust. When it was completed he had premade documents ready for us to deliver to our various financial accounts to convert our secondary or contingent beneficiary to the trust instead o...f forgetting having both spouse pass and then determine who should handle the account through the courts. He also made sure we had the health care and medical power of attorney documents. When completed he presented us a binder that my family can use to walk through upon the death of the second spouse. It simplifies and organizes all the things the representative needs to do upon our death. His Assistant Kathryn was super good about keeping us focused on our tasks and removing barrier to get things documented.
