Needed help setting up a revocable trust to ensure our handicapped daughter would have financial support upon our deaths. Mr. Helm was most helpful to help us arrive at the best possible scenario for our small assets to be there ,and still keep us in control of same assets while we are able. We also... felt his charges were VERY fair,especially when we returned for final signing and saw the amount of work involved. We will certainly continue to ask his advice in the future.

Mr. Helm did a great job of explaining the differences between a Will and a Living Trust. We were able to make an informed decision and went with the Living Trust.
