Tanner Brooks was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very available for me, answering phone calls and emails promptly. There were even a couple instances when I needed advice that was more time-sensitive, and Tanner still picked up when I called and provided that advice and reassuranc...e. During the interview, Tanner listened to my side of the story and also my concerns. He helped draft the appeal letter promptly and it was written very well. I was concerned about paying the invoice upfront, especially since it was a bit expensive for me, but I am glad I did because I had full confidence throughout the process that they would get the job done.

I hired Keith Altman and throughout the entire process of working with Mr. Altman, never once did I have a single doubt about hiring him. His compassion for helping people was seen through every interaction I had with him. As a victim, he was an open ear for me to talk to, actively listening to every... word I said.
