I can't express my gratitude to Joe Simon enough. I had a very complicated legal issue that could have resulted in a five year sentence but at the very least one year. I did not have to spend anytime in jail other than the day of my arrest. I was put on bond and set free after the trial that Joe... masterfully handled. It was apparent to me that everyone in the system knows Joe well and he is respected. This is so important when dealing with the criminal system.. A lawyer needs to be in good standing with judges, prosectors and probation. in order to work the best for you. Joe is aces. I have used Joe on two matters and both times had outstanding results. He does not sugarcoat words so don't get scared turing the process. He is always honest. He's trustworthy and works hard on your behalf. He cares about your case or he would not take it. We retained Joseph Simon as our daughter who attends the University of Michigan was charged with a misdemeanor. Being that we live out of state, our concern was to of course retain proper representation with an open line of communication so we would be kept informed every step of the way. Being tha...t any criminal charge is extremely foreign to us, Mr. Simon took his time, explaining what we should expect, what our options were and advised us accordingly. I was first referred to Mr. Simon by a public defender, who said if he was in my situation he would call Mr. Simon. This proved to be a lifesaving choice. Mr. Simon had a close relationship with the prosecutor, and was able to convince the prosecutor to drop one charge that was pending against me bef...ore it even reached the courtroom. This was an unusual bit of leniency that resulted directly from his pre-trial efforts with the prosecutor. On the other charge, he convinced the prosecutor to request an unusual deferred sentence that would allow the charge to disappear from my record after a period of probation. He knows what he is doing, and his services were worth every penny.

Without divulging the detail of our cases he handled, Joe Simon and his firm demonstrated in-depth understanding of the laws, ordinances and/or regulations of the legal violations we were addressing. Leveraging this insight, he and his team identified and pursued remedies that were consistent with ...the spirit of the laws and allowed us to mitigate the impact of the violations. In all cases, Joe and his firm kept us informed of the track, objective, and likelihood of a workable outcome. He was successful in achieving the outcomes we all agreed were acceptable.
