During the waiting period he maintained professional communication and updates on the case. My case was further complicated because a decision was ruled unfavorably while living in another state. After returning to Ohio, I was able to get the proper medical care that allowed me to return to work . Mr. Ahlers requested that the judge would allow for the 2 year period without work and a nine (9) month extension of benefits since I returned to work. The judge did allow for the two-year period, but denied the nine month extension. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Mr. Ahlers as an attorney because he is very approachable and makes every effort to tackle a tough disorder such as epilepsy.
