Mr. Durham handled a bad situation with our neglectful mortgage company as quickly as he could and as effectively as we could have hoped for. His real estate knowledge got and diligence brought our mortgage payment back down to its original amount after it had been grossly over inflated and he was ab...le to help us bring our account current again after months of being unable to get in contact or receive answers from our mortgage service.
