We hired Matt to defend my daughter in a DUI case, and we are so happy we did! We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough as well as a caring person. He stayed on top of things and put a lot of time and effort into my daughter's case. He guided us through the many, difficult steps of ...this emotional process, and kept us calm and focused (which was probably no easy task). He is honest and direct, letting you know all of your options, and possible outcomes which I really appreciated. Matt was able to get 4 out of 6 charges dropped and expunged, and pled the other 2 down to something reasonable. And what amazed me is that Matt didn't leave us after court was over. You get the feeling that Matt really cares about his clients and truly wants to do what is best for them. By the time my daughter's case went to court, we felt prepared and confident. We were proud to have Matt representing her in court and highly recommend him to anyone.

This was my daughter's first two serious offenses and she was facing a felony theft over $500 AND theft under $500. I was really nervous for her, but Matt's calm demeanor made me feel like he would get everything under control.....AND that's EXACTLY what he did. He was able to get my daughter out of ...jail and we didn't have to pay a bond! ( May not work for everyone, but gratefully and legally it worked for us). As promised, he was able to enter her into a diversion (which will clear her record with 1 year of good behavior) along with unsupervised probation, 10 days of community service..and the felony dropped down to a misdemeanor! We are VERY SATISFIED!!! This was my first time getting in trouble with the law and I was very scared what the outcome of my case was going to be as I was charged with a felony. My parents were telling me I was going to go to jail and that my future was ruined, but Matt did a great job at assuring me he would do everything p...ossible to keep my record clean. And he did! He brought my punishment down 10 days community service and 5 drug tests. These were results I did not think were possible! Matt was very easy to talk to, I never felt any judgment from him, only understanding. We continue to be in contact when I have any questions regarding the case and he responds in a timely manner. In addition to all of that, Matt is very willing to work with my financial situation. I would recommend him to anyone!

On April 10 I posted a review where I stated that Davis and Hoss was a crappy law firm and I would like to retract that statement. I'm sure they are actually a very good firm. When I posted that I was full of emotion at that time and felt as though I was being discriminated against over financial rea...sons rather than ethical standards. That's why I raved over the services Matt Brock provided me. He not only represented me in the best possible way but he was willing to work with my finacial situation as well. At a lower price too. I'm also confident Matt got me a case conclusion equal to what D&H would have probably achieved anyways, so why spend the extra money? So in conclusion, I apologize for any possible slander that I may have caused D&H, but I would still recommend Matt Brock over anyone based on my experience. He really is that good.
