I have nothing but great and AMAZING things to say about Hayduk and Brock. They literally saved my life! I had a serious DUI case against me that happened in 2015. Was still fighting it 2 years later! With Mr. Brock by my side then later joined Andrea Hayduk. When this all happened I was lost and con...fused. I was sitting in the courtroom waiting for my name to be called when I spotted Matt Brock defending a client and I was impressed. I asked to speak to him and told Brock about my case. From then on I’ve been working with him and along came his partner Hayduk. I was risking a lot taking my case to trail. I was being charged with DUI and improper lane change. I was facing a minimum of 120 day sentence, losing my license for 6 years plus a ton of fines and other charges. Being a single mom that is a lot to risk, But I knew I had a strong team behind me to fight with Brock and Hayduk. Mr. Brock kept asking if I was sure if I wanted to take it to trial was what I was facing because it was a 50-50 chance. I said yes I was sure and thought I was crazy for doing so, but I believed in them. I will never forget this date November 28, 2017. The day of my trail, it was literally the scariest day of my life. This was the day to determine my life if I was going to lose my life or not. Everything that I was facing I would lose my baby my home and my job. That day my insides were hurting and my stomach was in knots all day. It was not an easy process, I got to the courthouse at 8:50 in the morning did not get home till almost 9:30 that night. I was there all day with my stress level through the roof and fear. My life was in hands of 12 people with Matt Brock and Andrea Hayduk fighting for me. It all started that morning when Brock and Hayduk picked out 12 jurors out of 25-35 people. They picked the jurors according to questions being answered by Brock and Hayduk. We took lunch shortly after that. On that lunch I was experience anxiety, stress, fear. Just everything because I had no idea what was going to happen next. We get from lunch and that is when the real stuff hit. Brock and Hayduk went to war for me. They fought for me, defending me, proving I was truly innocent ! It kept on going for hours questioning, witnesses, back and fourth. I was literally sitting there trying to keep calm and cool as possible because I wanted to scream in fear! But as I watched Brock and Hayduk I was taken back by how amazing their fight was! I was confident in them and I knew they put up a good fight for me. It finally came down to the jurors deciding the final plea. Guilty or not guilty. At that moment my heart was beating so fast I literally thought my heart was coming out of my chest. Standing there with Hayduk and Brock they read out NOT GUILTY FOR BOTH CHARGES! At that moment my heart fell to my feet and wanted to jump up and down of joy, excitement and relief. Hayduk had to tell me to keep it together for a moment she knew and saw my excitement and joy. That was literally the scariest day of my life and I would’ve wanted anyone else by my side fighting and defending me! Hayduk and Brock are THE BEST out there! I’ve never seen such a great team like that before! They are amazing. They balance each other out, work hard to do they’re job And they’re amazing to work with. They’ll never make you feel unsafe, unsure or unprotected. I would recommend them a thousand times to anyone that needs defending! I had 2 DUI charges within 4months, both above .2 BAC. After already having hired Matt to represent me on the first offense, he worked with me on a very reasonable fee for both. During the process, Matt was knowledgeable and encouraging about achieving a desirable and manageable final outcome. D...uring the month between my 2nd charge and court date I was placed under house arrest and had an alcohol monitor, which I was worried I would have to wear for an extended period of time. Matt was able to negotiate my first offense down to wreckless driving, so I would only have the one DUI on my record. As a result, I wasnt faced with the mandatory 45 day jail time and only had to serve 2 days. He was also able to have my house arrest and alcohol monitor removed, so my primary long term adjustment was a 12 month restricted license, which I would have had regardless because I refused a breathalyzer test. I highly recommend Matt for any situation, and especially if you find yourself in a very tough situation, and need someone that will aggressively defend you at a reasonable fee, and is easy to work with during an already stressful time.
