I was arrested away from the scene of an accident at my residence for dui after a call to the police. While trying to find a lawyer after I bailed out, one wouldn’t even touch the case and many said they would try to get a good plea bargain. When I met with Matt, he was very affirming that this was a... winnable case, which I had already believed, while other lawyers were not as optimistic and didn’t seem ready to fight for me. Matt did a wonderful job in general sessions but, in my own opinion, I was treated unfairly by general sessions, namely due to a blood alcohol content 3 times the legal limit that implies that I should be guilty. My case eventually went to criminal court and was dismissed after the first hearing. All 3 lawyers of the firm were present during my hearing as well. I never had a problem with communication with my attorney, Matt always called me before a court date, and got back to me promptly. If I called and he was at court, he always called me back the same day; he also met with me a couple of times while giving him very short notice (which was every occasion I asked). The rates for a dui attorney were about the same as others but cheaper than some; the consultation was free and very in depth; Matt did not hurry any of our meetings or calls and gave me the time of day to discuss my case. Matt is more than deserving of a 5 star rating and I would be willing to say that for the firm as well. As aforementioned, all 3 attorneys of the firm were present at the hearing; Ms Hayduk crossexamined 2 witnesses and gave the closing statements and done so terrifically. Mr. Brock was an advocate for me from day 1 and was absolutely real and legitimate about what was going on without giving me false hopes or trying to persuade me into taking a plea deal. Matt said we would win while others said I couldn’t, and we won.

Best lawyer ever, I was facing some real chargers at the age of 18 he worked with me with understanding ever possible outcome. He’s doesn’t sugar coat anything if it’s bad he’ll tell you but he’ll think of any and every possible way to handle any situation. I highly recommend Mr.Brock you won’t regre...t it I promise.

My case was to resolve two DUIs. While having a pending one I was booked on a second DUI.
