My underage daughter (19 years old) was arrested by Smyrna Police with a DUI, MIP, driving without a driver’s license on her person and speeding (57 in a 35). In a panic, I called Matthew McNally. He was the bright spot in this entire traumatic experience. I’ve never hired an attorney before. H...e called me back very quickly after I left a message and explained all of my options – including not hiring an attorney. I was impressed with the quick response and that HE called me, not an assistant. He was extremely responsive to me and to my daughter, over the phone, via email and via text. He met with us twice before our court date and we never felt rushed. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and accessible. He was also very kind and made us feel comfortable. I think these attributes helped him in court negotiating with the police, prosecutor and judge. He was able to get the underage DUI reduced to Reckless Driving and got the other 3 charges dropped. I'm a fan and want to shout from the rooftops that he’s the best! Kudos to his paralegal Melodie Reynolds as well. She runs an organized office and is also responsive, friendly and attentive.

I HIGHLY recommend Matthew.   When I felt extremely helpless about the charges I was as facing I couldn’t have found a better person to represent me. I contacted Mr. McNally concerning a friend who is incarcerated around the first week of September. I explained the situation to Mr. McNally who then stated that he would send out a contract via my email etc. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything in regards to the matter. I woul...d not recommend Mr. McNally if you are seeking an Attorney, nor would I recommend him to change out a light bulb. Not only did he have a very condescending attitude over the telephone, he keep insinuating that I was a girlfriend to the person in question. After having to clear the matter up, Mr. McNally responed with "my bad". Very unprofessional in my opinion and with all due respect, it seemed as though Mr. McNally assumed I didn't have the monies to cover his legal fees, because he abruptly informed me that he didn't accept payment plans. I never inquired about a payment plan. What a joke.

THE BEST!!!! I Highly Recommend Mr. McNally For any legal problem you might have. He is very knowledgeable and professional and reliable. I would trust Matt with any legal advice or representation knowing that he always works with my best interest. I was involved in a hit and run case and Mr. McNally... was able to get that reduced to only following too closely which only cost me a $400 fine. The small fee that i spent hiring Mr. McNally saved me a lot of money, time, and legal trouble that i would have paid for if I had not hired Matt. I was truly a stressful situation that i never had to bust a sweat for because Matt handled everything.
