Mr. McNally is one of the best lawyers in the Atlanta area. I had consultations with several firms and after long discussions and evaluations, I decided to go with the MTM law firm. Matthew put in long dedicated hours and delivered on everything he promised. He was a phone call away when I had any qu...estions, and he always explained what was going on thoroughly. I am a private investigator in the Atlanta area that specializes in criminal defense cases. I have the opportunity to work with many attorneys and wanted to take a moment to recognize Matt's recent dismissal of a client charged with armed robbery. The client was himself a victim of a burglary and was... only attempting recover his own belongings when he found himself charged with a felony. It was because of the constant level of personal involvement in the clients case that Matt was able to get the case dismissed at the preliminary hearing. Getting a dismissal that early on is rare and usually unobtainable. I commend Matt for the job he did and more than than that...I commend Matt for being the type of Attorney that stays in contact with his clients and or their family's. I've sought legal counsel from Mr. McNally on multiple occasion. He has EXCEEDED my expectations every time! He was able to have my DUI case completely dismissed and a separate case reduced without having to pay any fines, incur probation, or any other impositions.
