We had never had to deal with the legal/court system. So, when our teenage son faced a very serious charge this brought on a high level of stress and anxiety. From the first phone call we were not disappointed. He is a complete professional. We found him to keep excellent documentation and will always follow-up on your calls or emails. His flexibility on scheduling times to meet even after-hours was great. Due to us being unfamiliar with legal processes and terminology, he very calmly and patiently explained our options and every detail of the case step-by-step. He relieved our anxiety and made sure we were well prepared in advance of the hearing. He is very experienced and familiar with the court systems in the Atlanta area. It was obvious that he is well respected by his peers as well as the Judge in our case. We felt we had the best attorney in the the court room on the hearing date. We received the outcome we expected and were so thankful and relieved. I would highly recommend Mr. McNally without hesitation.

As someone who's had negative experiences with attorneys in the past, I know it can be a bit of a crap shoot when you hire one. I retained Matthew McNally without knowing much about him and I'm glad I did. In a dispute with a neighbor that turned deeply adverse, he attained for me the best possible... outcome. I also appreciate Mr. McNally's calm, deliberate demeanor in the courtroom.

I got stopped because I had an outdated tag and decal as well as no proof of insurance. I was really scared since this could be considered a felony in some places and I did not want it on my driving record and did not want to start a criminal record! After looking at his reviews online, I thought, ...is it possible he could do this for me? I hired him and, all out interactions went off without a hitch and the charges were dismissed. I fealt like a million bucks though the law fees and court fees were only a fraction of that. You want him on your side.

Contacted Matt from reading other reviews online. He was very helpful with me getting my public intoxication citation handled. Never had to go to court, he took care of everything. Reasonable prices. The desired solution (of restricted records and not being charged) was reached and he was always atte...ntive along the way.

Matthew is a wonderful attorney! I hired him twice for two different cases that I had which were only 2 months apart. He's very thorough and efficient. I was even able to reach him after hours through phone calls, texts, and email. Hopefully I never need his services again but if I am in a similar pr...edicament I would most definitely hire Matthew again.
