Best of the Best

Wolcott, Rivers, Gates came highly recommend as the firm to assist with a very difficult case. We were lucky enough to have one of the firm's attorneys recommend us to Brian Latuga. Brian's knowledge of the legal system, ability to recommend the way forward even when that way forward was incredibly d...aunting, recognition of when to bring in outside experts including additional legal partners and his litigation skills resulted in a very favorable outcome. Couple all of this with his honesty and compassion and you have a "best-in-class" attorney. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian for any legal need.

Best possible outcome

Mr. Latuga was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I can honestly say that I could not have asked for a better lawyer. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls, even when they weren’t always “urgent” questions/concerns. Upon arrival to the courthouse, it was obvious that... he is very well respected by his peers. Ultimately, I got the best possible outcome from my case and it is 100% due to Mr. Latuga. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. If I knew of anyone in need of a lawyer, I would recommend every single time.

Surpassed Expectations

I hired Mr. Latuga after being locked up for a criminal offense. I was expecting to do some time but with Mr. Latuga's expertise I was able to avoid any time at all.
