The Best Attorney in Virginia!

Mr. Latuga is the best at what he does. I was facing a DUI after having a car accident while taking prescribed medication. It was a difficult case, and without Brian as my attorney, I honestly don't think my outcome would have been a dismissal of the DUI charge!!! He is caring and compassionate and I...S NOT "all about the fees". I would highly recommend Mr. Latuga to anyone needing counsel!

A great guy

I was in a traffic accident in October of last year. I was hit on the passenger side rolling my car 2 1/4 times. I was issued a traffic ticket for failure to yield while making a left turn. During my 2 month recuperation while out of work, almost everyone told me I should appeal the traffic citation.... My son has known Brian Latuga for some time and asked him to speak with me. He did, and I hired him after he said I had a good chance of having the citation dismissed. Mr. Latuga was able to obtain more information about the accident and we won. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

No one is better

I hired Mr. Latuga for a high wreckless driving ticket that I received. I was looking at jail time and a ruined military career. After speaking with him and going through my case, he gave me a calming feeling that he will work hard and treat me as not just a client but as a person he took me and my l...ife into his own and made it his drive to have me come out of that court room with everything still in tact. He makes it a point to know everyone that he encounters to feel as though they are in the best hands. I came out of the court room with a fine and a year of good behavior. Saved my life and career. I highly recommend him now just because he’s an amazing lawyer who has served many platforms, but because he’s an amazing person.
