Could not have asked for a better attorney

Mr Latuga and his assistant responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions or concerns my husband or I had before the court date. I felt well prepared for court and am pleased with the outcome.

1000000% recommend. Amazing defense attorney!!

Mr. Latuga was very generous speaking with us a few times before we retained him. I spoke with a few Lawyers before choosing Mr. Latuga. The reason I chose Mr. Latuga was because he made me feel safe by being highly educated on getting my charges dropped as well as professional, but also a human bein...g who cares. We hired him within a weeks notice of court and with little time he had prepared everything he needed to. Mr. Latuga fought for us and got all of our charges dismissed. It was a day I was extremely nervous about but he made me feel at ease from the beginning. I will never forget our case and the way he fought for our innocence after being charged with crimes we did not commit. We couldn’t have done it without him!! Thank you Mr. Latuga! I could not recommend him enough. I will definitely be contacting him if I ever run into something again, which I hope will not be the case. You will not regret Mr. Latuga fighting for you on your day in court!

Review for Brian M. Latuga

Found Brian on the internet. Saw that he was a Virginia Beach Police Officer, now working on the other side. Also liked that he went to school at night as a police officer to get where he is. I felt comfortable with Brian, he made it easy to explain my situation. Start to finish, my case took 1 week ...(Dismissed without prejudice). First time I emailed Brian (after the Memorial Day weekend) with a question, he answered within an hour. I like that!! He was on top of everything and made time for me, whether email, phone, or me stopping in without an appointment. Like that too. I plan on NEVER having to hire an attorney again, but Brian will be the one I would call first. WELL DONE SIR!!

The best defense lawyer in Virginia Beach

I was facing multiple charges for a very serious case and Mr. Latuga did phenomenal work getting my case dismissed! I relocated out of state and because of this, it made things scarier for me. Felony charges dropped to misdemeanors

I had 4 charges which 2 of them were felony chargers and he got the felonies dropped to misdemeanors ( which is all I truly wanted). He was able to do that on the first court date. Really good guy and wants the best out come for you.
