Perfect outcome!

I hired Brian to appeal my concealed weapons permit. With all of his former expertise he walk me through everything and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Approved! I've been in and out of the courts and have retained many attorneys before, Brian really separated himself several ways. Profes...sionalism, understanding, appearance (I've seen some attorneys look like they just rolled out of bed), and his connections. It seemed like every 3rd person we passed knew him - that can only mean his experience is well noted. Definitely my go to for any future needs for myself or referrals.

DUI dropped! Forever grateful

1st time offender, had a DUI 0.08, and a reckless driving 68/35 in Virginia Beach on a Friday night. Everything in my life was on the line. I originally hired Stephen Pfeiffer, but he showed up with Brian Latuga on the court date. Brian used to be a prosecutor so they knew him in the courthouse very ...well. That’s why Pfeiffer brought him. And what a great outcome! He saved my future career in the Navy, avoided any jail time, probation, license suspension, and ASAP classes. My DUI was dropped to reckless driving with a fine of $1,500 + $250 of the court costs, 100h of community service, and 24 AA meetings. They got the evidence the night before and we didn’t prepare anything in person! I can’t believe it yet! they pushed it the quickest possible and in less than 3 weeks I’m relieved of this burden. Brian said I had dodged a bullet when we found out the result in the courthouse, but the truth is that he jumped like a bodyguard saving my life and my future from that bullet. I will be always grateful, as well as I will always say to everyone not to drink and drive ( FOR REAL; DO NOT DO IT!!), but if you ever get in a situation like that, call this people. They are TOP. May The Lord bless us and protect us from all evil AMEN
