Couldn’t have been any better!

With being only 17 years old and not having much knowledge on anything court related, I wasn’t sure as what to expect walking into court. My dad hired Mr. Latuga to help me in a car wreck incident. He was very professional, but at the same time you can really tell he cares about his clients. Even ...the judge said I had a good lawyer! Afterwards, Mr. Latuga gave me advice on college decisions; which reassured me that he’s more than “just a lawyer”. He really does care about you as a person and will also fight in your defense. 10 out of 10 recommend!

DUI Miracle

I was referred to Brian Latuga for a non compliance with ASAP with a high BAC level blowing into my interlock. Mr. Latuga was very straight forward and sincere about what the consequences may be for me and very attentive to all my needs. His presence in the court room was held with great respect from... the judge as well as the prosecutor. He spoke on my behalf as if he had known me personally for years, versus just treating me like one of 100 clients like some attorneys can. My outcome was better than I could have hoped for and I highly recommend him for any case similar to mine. He did his best to ensure the outcome was in my favor and that I was able to keep the factors of my life that most contribute to my overall wellness (money, travel, freedom etc.) If you are in a bind and need someone to stand tall in your corner with you Brian Latuga is the man I suggest.

AMAZING LAWYER!!! Highly Recommended!

This was my second time working with Wolcott Rivers Gates Attorneys. I hired Brian Latuga for a probation violation case. I had 365 days over my head and was incredibly terrified to lose my job. Brian Latuga worked vigorously to help me avoid conviction. I was facing severe penalties including impris...onment. Dealing with this across country (I live in Seattle) was extremely stressful but Brian Latuga was able to make the time difference work and calm me down. He genuinely cares about people and will give it his all. I was amazed to see him in action. It felt like a scene from "A Few Good Men". Mr. Latuga owned the courtroom with his professionalism and knowledge of the law he was able to have the judge drop the violation charges with no jail time or court fees. I was finally free from the alcohol monitoring device that had consumed my life. Not only was he able to have the charges dismissed but he also fought to remove me from the alcohol substance abuse program and to have my driving privileges reinstated. Even weeks after the case was dismissed he followed up and worked closely with the courthouse and DMV to assure that the fees were waived and that I was able to reinstate my license without any issues. Choosing Brian to represent me was one of the best decisions of my life. During a difficult time with implications that can be so wide-reaching Brian brought a calm, confident, and positive presence every strep of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough but more importantly had a personable side that makes a tough situation much easier to deal with. He made me feel as though my best interest was his top priority. So if you find yourself in trouble don't hesitate to contact Brian Latuga for a consultation. The peace of mind that he provides is worth the price.

Mr. Latuga Attorney Review

Mr. Latuga was a great attorney and helped me get a good outcome for my case. He was very down to earth and easy to communicate with. If you are in need of an attorney, I would recommend Mr. Latuga. He is very good at his job and knows what he is doing.
